(Atleast 100 words) [b]I have always wanted to be apart of any type of Role Play server, I have been looking for a server to join for a while now and when Calebjvr told me that this server was just starting out and there were spots for staff members to join I thought this was the perfect server for me.  I want to be a staff member because it will give me the chance to help regulate the server and I can help make the server a better place for all players. I have been on many servers on many different games and a lot of those servers did not have a good community and I want to help make this servers community one of the rare good ones.[/b] Do any staff members recommend you for staff? (Atleast 100 words) [b]I want to make sure that the community of the server does not become toxic. I want to make sure people do not join the game and immediately[/b][b] leave because of the bad community. I also want to make sure that any one that needs help with something will be able to get no matter what it is or what time of day it is.  I can also bring in some new an unique ideas that could help improve the server. I know that there are too many servers that just don't have the right type of community to have a fun and entertaining time I want to ensure that this server has that type of feeling. I want to make it have and atmosphere that won't scare off newcomers and will make them want to keep playing for ever. sometime people join a server for the very first time have a bad [/b][b]experience[/b] [b]and never launch the game again and that is what I want to prevent.[/b] What previous experience do you have moderating/administrating a community/game?(Please provide proof) [b]I owned a Rust server at one point but it wasn't very popular so I discontinued it.
